Granny's Famous Silver Beet Pie

I made this today and thought I would share Granny's recipe - it was always her foolproof vegetarian option and I loved it! Recipe is in her words :)
Pastry
2 cups self raising flour
1 egg
6tbs oil
6 tbs cold water
1tsp salt
Mix wet things together then add flour
Filling
1 onion chopped small
1 slab feta mashed
4 eggs
1 frying pan full of silverbeet
1 tsp nutmeg
some ginger or other spice
pepper
Fry up onion, add silver beet and heat together. Add spices. Then add egg and cheese and stir up. Let the eggs just set then cool.
Roll out pastry, put filling in, top with pastry.
Cook for half an hour at about 220 degrees C
Put knife in centre - if its not liquidy its cooked.
